Good Morning, Everyone,
Rusty had a good night sleeping between his beans. This morning we had a good test, shot, breakfast (Wellness Turkey and FF T&G; first sitting eaten, the rest "saved" for second sitting), a good schmooze, and now a nap in his little bed by the radiator. The LagoonMeister may be in the green surf soon, but then again he might not!
Our temperature rose a lot overnight and is now almost 30 degrees. It might even rain today (ugh!! double ugh!!). I tweaked my ankle yesterday during my misguided trial of my old ski boots on Edward's skis (stupid thing to do, but I wanted to be able to drive the car in my ski boots, something I can't do in my present boots). So I'm taking it easy today to get ready for the big ski trip on Monday. [Just realized that this might not make sense to people who don't X-country ski. X-country ski boots have to fit the style of X-country binding they are designed for; my present boots fit the present binding on my skis, but my old boots fit the bindings on Edward's skis (which have the same bindings I used to have on my skis). Nice and clear, huh? ]
Wishing everyone a good weekend and sending our thoughts and prayers to Lyresa's Scruffy for a safe passing to the Bridge. Sending healing vines to all who need them.
