Good Morning, Everyone,

Rusty is almost at the lagoon this morning--inches from the water! Fingers and paws crossed for a good cycle. He had a good night sleeping between his beans, and this morning we had a good test, shot, breakfast (1st and 2nd sittings eaten), his delicious "lung treat" (Allerplex in turkey baby food), a schmooze, and now a nap on the coffee table (in the sun).

It was -1 degree F. this morning when we got up! (Last year it was in the 70s--a real heat wave and an early spring). This year we are expecting a major winter storm--a Nor'easter--to arrive tonight and to leave us about a foot of snow by Wednesday morning. We'll see if it materializes.

Sending heartfelt sympathy to Linda, whose Weezer is at the Bridge. Fly free, sweet kitty.

Sending healing vines and good thoughts to all kitties and beans not feeling well,

Go Lagoon Meister! those green shores await you. I am so sure he will be there by next test. It is wonderful to see Rusty back with Rusty numbers. :cool:

BRRRR! And more snow? my goodness.... I remember last year, now that you mention it. Sunny warm days then. Spring can't come soon enough. We are art 35 this morning, cloudy, rains looming.

Morning Ella, and yay Rusty, looks like you'll soon be back in the Lagoon where Mags is waiting for you. Better hurry as she usually doesn't stay long. Nice report on Rusty, and so glad he like his ling treatment in turkey bf! :-D Oh wow on the -1 degrees! :shock: I'll fall over if you tell me you and Edward are taking one of those strolls to the post office! Hope it warms up mid day. Keep warm and safe.

You can do it, Rusty! A foot of snow - yikes! I hope you can stay home and not get out in it. At least until the roads are plowed and you can go skiing or snowshoeing.

Nice start for Rusty. I hope he slides down to the lagoon today. It's great to hear how much the Allerplex is helping him. I hope you don't get too much snow from the Nor' easter.

Hi again,

Rusty decided to retreat from the water's edge! He may have gone lower last night and might have been starting a bounce at AMPS. So we'll see what happens next.

Off to go grocery shopping, just in case we get a really bad storm. They do a good job with the roads up here, but the food trucks don't start from up here!

Hi Ella. You are so right that it is good to see Rusty with his good old Rusty numbers again.

I hate to say this but I'm sitting on the porch listening to the waterfall at the pool and enjoying this 86 degree weather.
(Hated to sayitbut couldn't help myself :lol: )

Hi Ella

Rusty wanted you to feel safe while you were out. What a guy! :-D

We are getting that snowstorm now. It's blowing from the East...very unusual. Change in weather patterns make me nervous. I went out and stocked up on cat food yesterday, having heeded the warning. Forgot the one thing I needed for myself....eggs. Waaahhh!!

Hi again,

After that nice AMPS Rusty continued to climb, so he got a drop added to his dose tonight: fat 1.5 units (2.33mm on the digital calipers, Terumo syringe). We were 8 cycles on the regular 1.5 units with mainly hum-drum results. I want to get him back to his good cycles, so I decided to do the dosecrease. Rusty is feeling good and has good appetite.

I was a beautiful day, but they are still predicting a major snowstorm (a confluence of 2 weather systems). Our hatches are battened down!

Good luck on this new dose. We are all looking forward to seeing Rusty back in the lagoon soon.

Hope your hatches are battened. Sounds like ole Man Winter is having one last kick at it!

Hi Ella, best of luck on the dosecrease! We just started ours today and have already seen some more greenies :mrgreen: Paws crossed Rusty will join Kis, his Allerplex buddy, in the lagoon soon.
