4/28 Checkers pmps 246

All is well in Checkers world this morning. :smile:
He's been kind of weak and off balance lately, and rolled off the edge of a desk last night. I didn't see how he landed, as he was behind me. I was on here at the time and too scared to tell what happened, just got of quickly! nailbite_smile

He got up and walked away, but I didn't want to feel around his ribs, in case he was injured. He didn't act like he had pain. Eventually I had to go to bed, and it was time for his bupe, so I hoped he would be comfortable overnight.
I was so happy when he came to bed with me, that he wasn't broken.

Today, he's normal, going up steps to sink, getting into tub, etc. Gets up onto kitchen table. WHEW, no injury from falling.

I've been doing way too much this morning, and paying for it now. Back later, when med kicks in, to see what everybody's kitty is doing.

:shock: in the rolling off the desk. I am glad though that he is OK. They seem to handle falls so much better than we human do. Mannie used to fall off the table now and then, just cuz he was being a dummie and not paying attention... silly cat. Well good to go then Checks?

Glad Checks is OK and what nice numbers. He must be feeling fine!

Tess falls asleep and falls of the couch sometimes too. Usually more embarrassment than anything else.

So glad Checks is OK! My guys, including Mario, have taken a tumble or two in their day, too. It's scary for us beans, but they are so amazingly resilient.

I hope YOU'RE feeling better, too, Barb. Look at those awesome numbers. GOoooooo, Checkers!

I'm glad Checkers didn't get hurt when he fell and is doing good today. Nice green at +4.5. :mrgreen: I hope he surfs safely for you the rest of the day. I hope you're feeling better Barb.

Neko's done the "not paying attention" and roll off thing before. I got the "I meant to do that" look followed by a quick paw lick. :lol: Glad Checkers is OK, hope you feel better too Barb.

My bedroom furniture seems to have gained weight in the last few years :lol:

Checkers is having a crazy flat day! :mrgreen: I gave a little MC at each test, to try to keep him from dropping. Oh, to figure out how to prevent those terrible bounces. So far, so good.

I was worried about his fall, because he is only 7 and a half pounds, and very long. In other words, skin and bone. :cry:
He fell on a hard floor between desk and chair....no time to straighten out legs.
He's fine and sweet today.

I managed a long nap, spooning with two civvies, wrapped around each other.....it was the sweetest hour ever! I-)

Hi Barb, so glad Checkers is okay, and I know it must have been a scare. Glad you are feeling better, too. Mags fell once when she tried to jump from the sofa arm over to the recliner. She's not a jumper to begin with being a Manxy. All she hurt was her pride.
Looks like Checkers is having a nice slide. Keep surfing Checkers, nice and safe. Have a nice Sunday, Barb.

John, I also wish I had meds to make me feel younger. I meant that I woke this morning, feeling good, and moved bedroom furniture around a bit, to my detriment.....then needed the meds. :lol:

LOL on that accidental 23! I did that last week...accidentally posted Trix was at "16" instead of "166"...and then I went to bed :shock: . I felt bad for scaring a few people...but what can ya do!
