Checkers is taking his good old sweet time, coming down today. The little bugger scared the wits outa me this morning.
I didn't get up during the night, to test, and he wasn't on the sink, when I woke....highly unusual! nailbite_smile nailbite_smile
I found him busy chomping down the food I left out for overnight. So I guess that counts as breffis. :-D
I wonder if little mister, is planning to visit blue floor today. No green please, Checkers, mama has to go out later.

Hey Barb, let's hope Checkers doesn't read his condo and see that you plan on getting out today. Checkers, have a nice, safe surf. I guess he wanted his breffifs early. Have a great day.

Oh, I just love it when they throw us for a loop like that! My Zen usually sleeps with me...and he didn't come up last night. Honestly, because of that, I slept like a rock for the first time in ages, but at the same time, as soon as I got up, I looked for him to make sure he was OK :shock: ....he was fine.

Looks like Checks is easing down. How cute that he was munching away....keep up the good eatins', Checks!!!

I decided to stay home, then thought with his higher numbers today, he might throw me a curve tomorrow and visit lagoon, and then I wouldn't get out.
I had only one more BP pill for myself..I had to get to pharmacy.

All was fine until +10, when he sat in front of me and yowled and yowled...he looked like he was trembling even. Omigosh, he must be ready to pass out from hypo, right? Yeah right!!

He just wanted to be fed.....boy he knows how to work the mama. :roll:
 
Good grief, I suppose this is a bounce from yesterday's 50's, but this is overdoing it a bit, I'd say. :sad:
He had no contraband at all. One kibble to help get pill down this morning.
His terribly high bounces are too frequent.

It surely must be a bounce---he'll come down, Barb, don't worry. And the little bugger had you fooled with all the yowling when you thought he was hypo....cats are cats are cats!

I do love to hear that he's loving to eat, though, even though he's workin' ya, Barb.
 
Yikes Checkers! It's OK to come on down now.

I get the same mewing that worries me and I know she is either really high or really low. Mostly high. :roll: Looks like Checkers gets those delayed bounces too. Paws crossed for nicer numbers tomorrow, and less drama.

Wow on that PMPS! Come back down, Checkers! Rusty gets delayed bounces, too, (during our visits to NY, for example), but they usually are gradual and keep going higher as the days go by. It always takes him a while to get them out of his system. ECID. I hope that Checks will give you a nice, slow slide back to normal. Have you changed his foods? He may be reacting to different foods and therefore bouncing too high (just a thought, not based on anything scientific).

Have a fine evening. I hope your weather has improved. (We had a nice, sunny late afternoon, but the earlier part of the day was cold and overcast.)

Hi barb - sorry for the late visit. and Checks! What are you doing on that floor? Come on down.
I can so see him howling for food. Mannie would do that too. Sit in the kitchen and bellow. I always thought too: hypo! too low! and then he'd throw me a pink number. silly cat just wnated to eat.
