This was an interesting morning. I woke pain free, for the first time in months, and it messed with my head!!
Boring story. :smile:

Checkers was in the tub, as usual...his first activity of the day. Civvies didn't ask for breffis, another head messer.
Tux instead, asked to go out on the porch. Huh?
Looked out door window and there sat a beautiful grey and white cat, that looked so much like Ann's Tess, staring back at me. Omigosh, now what do I do? She/he was well fed and gorgeous.
Cat then sauntered around yard, then trotted up the road, like it was on a mission, so I hope it belonged to a neighbor.

Finally, Checks came into kitchen, and snacked on last night's leftovers, before I got around to testing. YIKES!
I tried another meter, and got a lower number. Actually 42 & 49 are the same, but it looked worse. :roll:
I fed a bit of HC, and waited 10 minutes, while I got my wits about me.
Since he usually onsets around +4, I decided it was safe to shoot, and keep him up with food. nailbite_smile nailbite_smile
I did however reduce from f.5....to 0.5

Wow Barb! :shock: :mrgreen: I bet that 49 was sure a shocker roo!! Good job on the food and getting Checkers up so nicely. You didn't have plans for this morning hopefully. I remember you missed the camping thing with DS the other day. Checkers, keep on safe surfing for MamaBean!

Nice on your visitor this morning. I wonder if he/she will be back. Maybe if he/she knows there are potential playmates there.

There isn't anything boring about being pain free.

Saw those numbers and Yay for Checkers.... so much better to see him in the greens than the alpha.....

what a wonderful day for Checks. I suppose tomorrow will be high again. I was trying to get him blue earlier in day, but the HC food, just wasn't bringing him up, like I wanted. He was a little piggy today too, even asking for food

Rhiannon, the mattress didn't help, but it is very comfortable. I've been plagued with a sort of sciatica, with spasms that just won't let go. Sitting triggers it, as well as lying down. This is severely limiting my time on the computer.
I haven't gone to pt for many reasons.
It felt strange to wake up able to walk, today. :RAHCAT

Quite the morning for you Barb! Wow! Waking up feeling good and then Checkers get your adrenalin going. You must have been running around the place today. So does this mean you are keeping that reduction for a while?

Hi Barb! My goodness, missy, what a day you've had! I am absolutely thrilled to read you woke up pain-free; nice, isn't it? I am feeling so much better since I am getting a decent sleep now (thanks to Rebecca, members of FDMB & Gobbles) and able to take ALL my meds Much less moody, as well :lol:

What a wonderful morning you've had. Pain free and visits from pretty girls. Checkers is quite a handsome fellow - maybe she was checking him out? I hope he stays in the blue/greens this afternoon.
