Morning all, normal morning Lucky wakes me at 5 then sends in Kalohe but this morning Ko decided to sit on my chest and lick my neck,he has watch Lucky do this every morning so he thought he would give me a taste,guess he want's to know what I'll taste like if I don't wake up some morning MOL. So they did there job got me up tested luck fed them,fed the bluejays,rat cleaned boxes then finally ~O) fell back asleep on couch woke tested Lucky again had some breakfast,now shower and get ready for the long drive to Newport have to pick up kitty supplies.So I'm off I will write later.Chow

Well that was a long trip,Walmart doesn't sell lg cans of friskies in 12 pks anymore,so I hope I have enough food for the month because it's to far to drive back there to get more.will post pics of can supplies later,it looked liked I ran a shelter. lol

Sounds like a busy day. Don't sleep too deep or run out of those friskies.. Those boys sound like they are hungry and have identified their backup food source!

Can't you order the friskies online like at Walmart.com or something? Some places do free ship..

Does anyone know of something I can do for kalohe, I told the vet I wanted his gums cleaned, know they are red at back a little smell they told me he had something called fat cell in back of gums only gave him a shot awhile back. I don't have money to take him back again, $60 office visit.

Ok, should I give Lucky increase in morning, didn't catch in time

Unless Lucky comes down tonight into green, I think an increase to 2.75u would be a good idea for tomorrow.

Read that you can give raw not cooked chicken or turkey bones to help clean teeth,
that they wont splinter this way,several girls on feline diabetes use this method.
They cut it big chunks to gnaw on them.

My kitties get pieces of raw chicken neck, about 1 inch long. Another option is the wing tip, the very end. You want the smaller non weight bearing bones as they are softer to chew. Those are usually butcher cast offs, so pretty cheap if the cat will eat them. Some people also give raw gizzards for cleaning teeth. If you do feed raw bones, just keep an eye on the cat while they are eating them. I've never had a problem, but I know someone who's cat used to hide them under the sofa. Got smelly after a while. :lol:
 
Lucky will start his new dose this morning he is high for being no food since 10 last night. ~O)
ill be back thanks for the bone cleaning need something now on wet food only.
