Rainbow Yesterday

Zener hit some nice greens yesterday and is now bouncing to the moon. :roll: I hate to post this morning's number but what is is. At least his appy is good! He is outside on yard patrol now. Detective Poo had an easy time today - litter boxes had two poos and both were good. I know everyone wants to know about that. :lol:

OT: I'm off for a bike ride this morning. I'm trying to take it easy to rest up for the race on Sat, Gaspin' in the Aspen, 15km. I will definitely be doing some gaspin'. :lol: :lol: We have new neighbors, two doors down. Unfortunately they have two big droolers that bark. Loudly. At 7 am. I hope they calm down as they get used to the new place. Tillie spent the night on the bed with me and still hasn't gotten up. I was a little worried but she seemed fine when I went in to pet her. I guess she is on the Queen's time. :lol:

Well Zener... red floor? come on down dude, there is nothing of any interest up there. A nice infamous Zener slide... not too fast tonight, 'K? Well your bean is right on that amps - it is what it is, and will be gone soon.

We too have new neighbors - been about 3/4 weeks now. They too have droolers, that bark and whine and howl and anything else they can do when their beans are gone. :shock: ShessHhhh! I too keep hoping they will settle. :roll: ;-)

I have two droolers behind the fence on my patio side. Mags is used to them and I hope in time Tillie will, too. Enjoy your bike ride today. Hi Liz. Looks like Zener has his own little throne in the yard from which to hold court :lol:. AMPS are a bit wacky for Zener but maybe he just wanted you to be able to go on your bike ride and not worry about him.

Liz, that 15K sounds like a killer: I guess there are lots of hills, and of course there's your altitude. Enjoy! At least in the longer distances you don't have to go as fast. My favorite distance in my competitive racewalking days was the half marathon: not long enough to do you in, but long enough so you don't have to go too fast. If I had time :lol: I should start training again: I'd win my age-group in all the races!! :lol:

Well, well, well, look at that classic Zener slide! I was expecting more like the pink floor, but what do I know? :lol: :lol: I'm glad to be wrong. Appy is good tonight, touchez du bois = touch wood. Tillie has a good appy too.

I did go on a bike ride but not the one that I expected. The padlock on my road bike broke while locking the bike, but I have had it for more than 30 years. :lol: So I got out my mountain bike and the presto core was stuck. Luckily I found a spare and finally got out riding. And got back in time for my dental cleaning. Hopefully that is all done until Dec!

I'm glad you got out for your bike ride.. holy toledo you had to work for it! I guess after 30 years you've gotten your money's worth out of that lock. I'm glad the dental went well. It's so nice to check those off the "to do" list.

You sure did have an adventure today with your bike(s)! Glad you got in your ride AND your teeth cleaned!! Zener gets big scritches for his pretty slide today/tonight. No more of those icky reds, please. Sorry to hear that there are 2 droolers next door (well, 2 doors down), that bark...at 7am. There aren't many things that tick me off that early in the morning, but dogs that bark and bark and bark...that irritates me. :-x Hope they settle down...for Tillie's sake and yours! That run does sound brutal. It reminds me of the talk I heard tonight from an Olympic gold medal rower. Some sports are for people who like to really push themselves. That race would be in that category.
