Good Morning, Everyone,
The sun is out(!), Rusty had a good night, and there's a paddle today but I can't go on it because I have an appointment with the dermatologist (scheduled in January). Edward has to stay home with Rusty because there's no way he can get to the start of the paddle with his boat (we cartop our canoes and our friends can't carry additional boats). Well, the two boys will have a nice time. I should be back before +9. The doctor is in Potsdam, 72 miles away. While there I will stop at the Agway feed store and check out the codes on the cans of Wellness turkey and chicken.
Rusty had a good test this morning and an "ouchie" shot (he pulled away after I pushed in the plunger, so I think all the insulin got in). He enjoyed his breakfast, his lung treat, his schmooze, and his nap. I know he'll enjoy going outside today when it gets a bit drier (it rained all night). He had good breathing all night and no coughing.
Our county has declared a state of emergency in the areas where flooding is taking place (rivers out of their banks), but my drive to Potsdam should be OK.
Wishing everyone a good day. I'm off to Potsdam (my "home" for the 4 years I was in college),
