Good evening Lantus Land. Lots of prayers and healing vines to Zeus, Zener, Maggie, Cleo, Jupiter, and any others who need them.

Annnddd.....today was Lupita Friday in Gracieland! Gracie was sitting on the desk in the office with me and she was perusing her SS (probably plotting her next dive :lol: :lol: ) when Lupita came in the office. First, Gracie looked at me IT'S FRIDAY :?: :?: :?: and then she peered around the corner of the monitor, looked directly at Lupita, and.....hhiisssssssssssss!!!!!!. Oh..and not just any little, wimpy hiss. Oh no...this was a full on, nose krinkling hiss which sent Lupita and me into gales of laughter. :lol: :lol: :lol: Later I told Lupita she should just move in and Gracie whispered to me then EVERY day would be FRIDAY :shock: :shock: :shock: :? :? :? . Relax baby girl. Lupita has droolers ;-)

We had such a lovely time with Rex's dad Rich!!! I know he misses Rex so much and can't wait to move him to Tucson. But what a sweet young man Rich is. It was a really nice afternoon/evening and we even got to see fireworks from the resort just up the street. It's going to be fun to have him in Tucson and I can't wait to meet Rex. Tobey played string on a stick with Rich; Gus thought he was pretty cool. The Principessa? No go....she gave him the big-eyed baby girl look and was not ready to be friends yet. Of course, when I told Lupita today, she said "aah....so it ISN"T just me". Well...yes it is,Lupita, because next time Rich comes over, Gracie will be fine with him :lol: :lol: :lol:

Hmmm, looking at Gracie's curve today, was Lupita "in the house" around +2? Could that be a Lupita-induced spike? :lol:

Does she hiss anytime a commercial for T.G.I.F.'s comes on TV?

Overall, very pretty green numbers the past couple of days for the little brown girl. She does tend to "hiccup" for an hour or two mid-cycle, but then seems to remember that she looks best in green!

We love to read the Friday saga of "As Lupita Turns" - the saga of Gracie and vacuum woman. Laughter is such good medicine.

What is it with Lupita? Does she have a high pitched voice? Does she talk too loud? Do the boys react like Gracie does? With all the abuse she takes from Ms. G, I almost feel the need to send her a big old cyber hug... :lol:

Yes....very high pitched and loud.

Gus and Tobey squirm like crazy when she picks them up :lol: :lol: But I've never heard either boy hiss so they are just too polite!

Don't worry...I give Lupita lots of hugs ;-) She's worth her weight in gold....and she's a tiny bit shubby :lol: :lol:
