Gizmo is officially in remission. Just amazing! Thank you (it isn’t enough) to everyone here on FDMB. Without this board, I know Gizmo would not be in remission. To be honest, I’m not even sure he would still be with us. It was everyone on this board and their immense knowledge that helped us to keep pushing for what we were slowly beginning to understand that Gizmo needed.

To anyone just starting out ... the impossible is possible! Just keep pushing and be an advocate for your kitty. You will find a vet who will listen and work with you. It took us 3 vets, but we landed at his current vet and his progress since then has been nothing short of amazing.

My acro kitty is :otj: :woot:!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! :bighug:

:):):)Yay!!! You did it. What a story. Does your vet know?? So excited for you guys. You pushed through and made it the falls in the end. Cabergoline is truly a miracle drug for some not all Acro kitties. My gut is telling me someone else on this board is heading in the same direction as Giz and Marvin:smuggrin:...not mentioning any names:p

Yes his vet knows already. He was a few days into the trial when he got sick and was hospitalized. I also think another kitty will be joining the cabergoline OTJ club shortly!

Sorry for the late entry, I was out of town yesterday. I wonder if Chris of RVC would be interested in another cabergoline success story. :):woot:
