Good morning!
AMPS 122 shooting 1.75u

Boomer ate all of his overnight fuds except for about half of his +6. Around +7.5 last night I woke up chilly and as I sat up to reach for the extra blanket I heard a very soft meow. And Boomer was standing in the doorway....I'm assuming he wanted to eat the rest of his +6 and needed it stirred:rolleyes:. He didn't call me again but it did make me wonder how often he does that and perhaps doesn't call me or calls so softly that it doesn't wake me!

Allen ate a bit better last night. He's being very fussy these last few days. At night I've been giving him one dish of fancy feast, one dish of purrfect bistro, and one dish of kidney food. Last night the kidney food was in his +6 auto feeder and he didn't touch it. But he ate most of the other two. He did eat his ff breffis this morning. I looked back into his ss and, when we first started the diazoxide, he had a definite loss of appy and we had to give mirtazapine every 2-4 days for close to 3 weeks. I'll see how today goes but may start the mirtazapine.

Daisy and Duke have already come for a swim and I took them out some seed and now they've moved on to wherever it is they spend their days!

It's going to be hot here today! Summer is here! I'll probably go for a walk somewhere this afternoon. DH is golfing now but will be home early afternoon.

Today's photo is another of a baby Canada Goose, a Gosling. Next week DH and I will hopefully go to Stratford where there are swans on the river and hopefully babies (I think they're called signets).

Tested 20 minutes after getting the 43 and after giving Boomer a tsp of higher carb ff and his +3 fuds. Got a 61.

Sounds like your tribe is doing well.
Adorable baby duck - thanks for posting it.

Squirrels are hard to stop. If the food is in a plastic feeder, squirrels might gnaw thru it. I use one of those big hoods over my feeders, the ones that look like a large ball that was cut in half. Disappoint the squirrels.

They are persistent, aren't they? And it's not like they don't get fed; I throw seed on the ground for the birds that prefer ground-feeding and I put peanuts out for the cardinals and blue jays which I know go mostly to the squirrels!

They're a pest, yet I find them delightful as I observe their persistent and intelligent schemes involving their bird feeder raids.
