Review my spreadsheet?

I posted this on the main forum but thought I should cross post on the vetsulin forum as well. Apologies if we aren't supposed to do that and remove it if necessary

I'm trying to see if I'm on the right track with dosing, could some of you review my spreadsheet? She was just diagnosed a couple of weeks ago and the vet had me on 5u daily but after learning about this forum etc. I've decreased it.
