@Kris & Teasel So the last few days Victor's BG levels haven't been going down as much as they usually do and I thought it was maybe just due to the fact that we were at the bottom of our insulin vial, but we started a new vial last night and there hasn't really been a difference so far.

We have been a bit inconsistent with some of the dosages recently (i.e. reduced doses for various reasons) so I don't know if that has to do with it, but either way I was just wondering if we should try an increased dose?

The reduced doses might have been a factor. He could also be bouncing from those recent dark greens. Maybe give 4 u tomorrow and try 4.25 u on Monday if numbers permit and you're home to monitor. Next time you get dark greens well above 50 try not intervening with any HC food. You could give a small snack of regular food.
