Working with MPM to get numbers down

waited a half hour then retested and got 225 so I shot just a bit less at 1.5 and will have to check him often. He is getting very stressed with all the testing. Being upset, he is not eating, well he has an appetite but he refuses the food I give him and is stubbornly holding out for something he wants and I don't yet know what that something is. Not eating is making his numbers low.
Anything after the 144? I guess it’s not quite time yet?

Don’t let him drop too far. Opie has already proven that he likes going lime and especially when he’s not eating. He hit green and that’s enough. Talk to you tomorrow. :bighug:

Start the new thread today. I would not go back up to the 1.75, based on his string of greens from last night (which were fabulous). I would stick with the reduced dose of 1.5 units — of course we need to see what his AMPS is this morning as well before making the final decision, but I am thinking that you should stick with the reduction. He’s doing great!

After a good run of green last night I opted to stay with the lower dose of 1.5 at the AMPS time. He is on a big bounce this morning at 445.
