What a night we had! PJ party as @Bandit's Mom said. Bella dropped very low, to 29 at +4. She never stopped acting normally, and was extremely happy to have snacks all through the night.
I decreased today, back to 2.25.
Not sure if she was going to do that anyway, or if it's the new pen, maybe that insulin I was given was not stored properly and not as efficient? Who knows.
I am tired this morning, but my daughter is coming home tonight for a week :) so I am very, very happy!

No, but she said a client donated it to her because they bought 3 and did not think they would use them in time (exp. date is november 2025), and she gave it to me. So I am not sure how well it was kept, for example. And I noticed bubbles in it right away when i started using it, which never happened with a Lantus one except once when we had a different cat sitter for a few days last summer.
She is sleeping on a chair by me, now, I guess the night tired her as well!
And for Chiara, yes, yay! Canadian Thanksgiving is Monday, she gets a week off, and her brother has 3 days at the end of the week as well, so they will both have time to spend together. We miss her!
 
Yes, I could not believe it! She was 49 at +3 and started going down at +2, which is not at all what she does usually, so I was kind of expecting a low at +3, but she usually goes right back up. She took her time last time. I should buy high carb food again, I did not have any, so I added syrup in her food instead.
Coffee sounds good now. Teachers conferences next, at least I am not working (I work as an interpreter, but no call for today, good!).

wow, 29, I would have freaked out! :nailbiting: So glad you managed! Really sounds like the new pen has more potency.

Fur shot tonight. That did not happen since quite a while! Oh well, I need a good night of sleep, hopefully between that and the coming bounce from last night's lows, she won't get too high.
