Yesterday

Bell surprised me today at the +6 and had a really nice blue cycle. I was super sure she was heading up after that +4. Even though she's not in the greens, I like this cycle because it seems stable. I'm hoping I can find a dose to slowly push her down into greens while maintaining a flat, predictable cycle. Easier said than done .

I did manage to get back on schedule with the time change over the past 2 days. Happy about that - even hour numbers are easier on my brain

Anytime I'm not on even hours, my brain has such a hard time keeping track of where she is in the cycle. Even hours all the way!

I agree with you, it is so much easier to manage a cat who likes to eat. How do you keep Blair from Bell's food? I imagine Bella would be a bully if we had anoter cat!

Such a nice cycle yesterday! "Flat and predictable" - I love it! Seems she is bouncing now. I hope she goes down gently!
