12/24 Lulu PMPS 286, +3 312, AMPS 186, +6 202 - Increase dose?

Happy holidays!

Lulu's levels have been a bit high over the last few days. The last time she was within the target range was 4 days ago, I'm thinking of increasing the dose between 1 - 1.25 units?

Yes, she is good for an increase to 1.25U. She has been on this dose for 2 weeks and has had enough time to clear any bounce from that 76 on 12/20.
Did you increase to 1.1U or is that a typo in the SS? We make dose changes in multiples of 0.25U.

I did 1.1U to see where her levels would go since her levels went too low when doing 1.25U so I wanted to see in between. But based on the levels throughout this 1.1U cycle, seems like 1.25U is needed. I'll increase to 1.25U starting the next cycle, will keep you posted

It's normal for a cat's insulin needs to keep changing. It's possible that she didn't need 1.25u a couple of weeks back but she does now. We just follow the numbers and change doses accordingly.
