Amps 200 Libre

Late start today. Hope everyone is having a boring Caturday and all kitties are safe and happy.

We are seeing some more blues on this dose, day 2 on my increase. Will give it a few days. Probably will wait until Jan 1 before making a decision about any more bumps up since I have dinner plans that night.

I just found out yesterday that the Relion Insulin Syringes I like with the 8mm needle are now discontinued.
So bummed. The needle length was just right for me.

They have no boxes left at any of my local Walmarts. I called around. Price was great, too.
I know BD’s are good, but much more expensive.

I will need to find a solution and find one which I can coordinate with the calipers to make sure I have the correct number factor to get dosing right.

Sigh, always a new wrinkle…

so great she had such a nice string of blue numbers last night! Today it seems she confused the direction. You have to slide down Ivy! Not up! Anyhow - also her yellows are really nice. I would give anything to have more days like that for Binie. Hope she does well on the dose.

So annyoing new syringes require a new caliper set up! I hate it, if I found something that worked and than things change.

I see she is dipping back in blue. Ivy really has her own unique way.

Yes, I think we see a mostly yellow night. I will stay up long today and than hopefully don't test during the night.

Not sure if this helps but I use UltiCare VetRx with 8mm length.
Hope Ivy shows you more of blue and greens on this dose. Come on, Ivy!

That would be me….I'm an extremist.
I drove to a Walmart 20 minutes away yesterday early am when they told me over the phone, they had the right syringes I wanted. When I got there and they showed me the box it was the ones that do not have the half unit markings, so that was a complete waste of my time and energy. Not a happy camper.
The woman in the picture is a lot better dressed than I was when I raced out the door yesterday. Let’s just say I was kind of a hot mess
