I see you skipped his shot.
I wonder if he had a quick reaction to the increase in insulin dose you gave him.

Was the 92 you saw on Libre or your other meter?

I’m sure he will bounce up high from the sloped shot.

What will you do tonight?

At shot time he was 129 on the Libre and 101 on the meter. The 92 was 1/2 hour later with the Libre. I filled in some numbers and the timing is all based on the pre-shot number even though no shot was given. Between +4 and +5 he jumped from yellow to red. He didn’t hit the hundreds until 7 AM this morning and before that he was pink and yellows after the first 3.75 dose. I think maybe tonight I’ll give him a short 3.75. I’m sure he’s not eating as much as normal because his eyes are still runny and his nose is stuffy so he is doing some mouth breathing. He got both an anabiotic and a B12 shot yesterday so hopefully that kicks in soon

Since you skipped today, you could give the shot earlier tonight if you want to.

Given how he was doing on the 3.5 unit dose, I don't think shortening the dose would do much for him. Any chance he ate less with his stuffy nose?
