Amps 177 Libre

Good morning, we had a mostly yellow overnight on Ivy’s Libre, so everybody got some sleep. Not sure where we’re headed today since yesterday was a yellow/blue Libre kind of day.
Tonight I have to give a half dose at dinner time in preparation for fasting lab work at the vet tomorrow morning. We will skip insulin in the morning so she doesn’t do a dive while we’re there (since fasting she tends to dive).
Will try to get a nail trim in today so she can’t claw anybody tomorrow at the vet’s office:rolleyes:

I'm still waiting to hear about "my" Ivy, her foster was concerned that I don't have a cat because she is a social one, so I explained. We'll see, if she's meant to be our cat, she will find a way to us.

FYI, my Ivy’s foster mom initially was going to give Ivy to another family as they inquired about her first. But when she found out they wanted her to be a mouser and live in their barn, she didn’t want that life for Ivy.
We were heartbroken when we thought we weren’t getting her.
Then she called us and told us she had chosen us as her family since she wanted Ivy to have a life of being pampered (I think she got the right family).
I still recall that initial sadness. I’m so glad it worked out and we have our baby girl.
