2/19 Post

Appears to be a little bounce today.

Hope your Thursday is uneventful!
But he's still cruising in the blues! It's interesting how he dropped into the greens on 3U but rides the blues (for the most part) on 2.75U. I wonder if his pancreas will respond to 2.75 more and more (or respond better, I should say), as it did yesterday, and drop him back down into some greens. Insulin is weird, isn't it?!? Overall, he's looking good!

My gut tells me that is exactly what he is headed to do :-) Some considerations for the shift... I did change him to Visbiome probiotic (I've always suspected IBS and/or pancreatitis even before diagnosis) so maybe this is helping more... He also had noticeably AWFUL and I mean like an animal died in his mouth, AWFUL bad breath... that has recently improved (maybe better gut health, maybe a bad tooth fell out?) and lastly I shifted his snack times by one hour. He hasn't even been asking for his snacks!

Hope you and your clowder are having a good day!:bighug::bighug:

Those are some interesting observations about his shift!
I haven't tried Visbiome before. I've just recently started Jude on Jarrow's S. Boulardii (new to us) for support while taking his antibiotic for his UTI, and I think it worked well as he didn't end up with diarrhea, which he did have the last time he took that AB.

C'mon, Petey--let's see a repeat of yesterday with a dip into the greens!
