We’ve lifted the nadir from the 50s and have been able to relax the over-feeding. I can’t tell yet if I took it too far with the second reduction 3 cycles ago. It would be ideal (for me and my anxiety) to have her nadir in the 70s, or even high 60s. Looks like tonight her nadir is 83 at +4. May need to tweak her back up to 6.25.

Not yet, it's time for patience. Doses with green nadirs should be held 10 cycles, unless you are seeing her nadirs trend up a lot making it clear that the reduction isn't holding.

Will do. I find myself reacting to the pre shot values and wanting to adjust yet I understand the protocol is based on the nadir.

I also modify her food schedule and type based on pre shot values and level of action. This morning her AMPS is 126 so I’m not feeding her yet. Even at +1 of 113, I’m waiting to feed. But if her AMPS had been in the 70s or 80s I would have fed right after shooting, probably 3% if upper 80s or the 4-5% if in 70s. All of this variability makes comparison and trending less reliable, but I do this to manage the curve and try to keep it smoother. Who knows, maybe its pursuit of the impossible.

I’m creating a Nadir tab in the spreadsheet to make it easier to focus on those values. Stay tuned! Going to feed her now as we approach +2.
