Welp. His numbers aren't as good today

He's due for an increase tomorrow, so hopefully that will get him back on the good road. I am once again torn about how much to increase. I'm thinking .5 even though he had yellows yesterday. I doubt he'll get down to yellow today.

@Bandit's Mom Sorry to be a pain--can you explain why I increase by .5 tomorrow unless I see blues? I thought it would be an increase by .5 unless I see yellows. Is it because it's still not technically a ton of movement? And if I were to see blue, then would that mean I'd hold the dose for another few days, or increase by .25 instead?

I ask because he actually did go down into (high) yellows today, and he had a low pink preshot just now, so I think he may go into yellows again overnight. He had some lowish yellows yesterday too.

Yes, if you see blues today, you would hold the dose for 8-10 cycles. The yellows you saw this morning are closer to pinks. You're seeing glucose toxicity and he's stuck in higher numbers and you want to get him to a good dose sooner. See what he does tonight and where he is at AMPS.
