Amps Lo Libre/ 167 Contour

Good morning, hope everyone is having a calm Sunday.

We had quite an active cycle overnight, I can only assume she was bouncing yesterday in yellow on the Libre and she broke that bounce overnight, she slid down further and further into her preshot this morning.

When I blood tested her pre-shot this morning. It was after she had been fed 12% carbs for breakfast.
She started out higher before I began to feed, but after she ate, she actually went lower, so I just thought I would test her with an ear prick anyway even though I suspected on a handheld, she would be higher due to the lag on the Libre.
I think that’s why was such a discrepancy between the two numbers, because I believe she already was shooting up and the Libre just didn’t reflect it yet.
I had begun feeding her breakfast at least 20 minutes prior, so there were carbs in her system.

She has continued to bounce higher this morning and I gave her a reduction down to 2.25 units.
It will take a few cycles to see where she lands from all of this. Sigh. What a long night with no sleep:arghh:
I need to roast some of her lamb today and that should take me a few hours so that I can prepare her recipes one day this week. No rest for this weary mom :blackeye:

Oh, gosh! What a crazy night! I'm so sorry, Staci. :bighug::bighug::bighug: I hope she breaks this bounce quickly, and that the reduction goes well, keeping her up above the limes. Have a good rest of the day; I hope the arduous food-making for Ivy goes well.

Poor girl bounced so hard, Mary. Starting to rest a bit after cooking for her today.

Oh boy! She's been giving you a lot of active cycles recently - really working for those reductions! Good luck with the latest reduction. We don't love the big pink bounce, but hopefully it let you rest today after all the food prep.
