No BG test, so no insulin given.

Here is the link to my last posting about moving: Back from vacation... Resumed larger dose for George.

@Suzanne & Darcy This morning i could not get a glucose test from George. His ears would not give me enough blood, I tried both ears a few times, with no success. I did not want to give him insulin without knowing his numbers. Is this an okay solution? Is there something else I could have done?

Yes. maybe they weren't warm enough even having done that. I've never had this issue before. Hes usually a good bleeder.

Well hopefully he will not have that problem again or he will lose progress with skipped shots. It probably was just a one-time thing or a rarity.

Shame to have that happen on a day where you are at home and could have gotten some tests (when will you be able to buy some more test strips?)

my mom said she might be able to help me buy more. I have to check in with her. worst come to worst I'll put it on my credit card.
