hey there!
listen make sure you read jan and buddy's condos, she is starting R too and i posted stuff to her (that libby linked into today's buddy condo) on caturday and today that you needs to reads too. mainly the stuff about that you have not done a real R curve yet.
the first time you tried R there was a wash, rebound wiped out R response so ignore that attempted curve. the second one that you did last night was telling though. for sure need more data at the first R dose before we think about moving up the scale. ooh i just doubled checked SS and saw the R curve you did way back in sept the very very first time you used it, see why you got scared off it, but you also split dose for first time that night too.
i do already see what the issue is gonna be with your R use from that curve back in sept and from last night's... it is all about that big early drop in numbers her curve has w/o R. this weekend let's do some +6 or later R curves, remember R does not have to be given at PS. do you remember how sandy would always give cecil his R at +10? for cecil that was to control his big food spikes since he was acro and diabetic, like milo. with bayley, i don't know yet, but her pancreas like most acros prolly functions just fine, and the meal at PS might actually be contributing to the early drop she has. just posting some thoughts as they occur to me here. we do need to hang out more, i have stupid flu right now (i know! on top of everything else! ugh) so haven't been around much this week. but i'll be around on caturday and then hopefully more often during week. k?
ni-ni leslie!
ps. yeah you are totally need to up that lantus dose, go for it!
