Yesterday overnight, there was decent sleep. And a +12 nadir.

Today, not sure what the higher numbers (the 106 at least) are about this cycle, which is cycle 5 of 1.25u.

I think it was a mini response to yesterday so running a tad higher than her norm. Hoping she continues high greens tonight so you can sleep.

It's as though Butters has a little hat hidden somewhere and she's picking these numbers out of it. Hope you've had a good one with all of the restful sleep you've had, Lyla!

 

Oh Butters...teasing mama is not a good thing! I see she went right on back to the lagoon after a bit of relaxing on the beach Good girl!

lol. I've thought similar. If not a hat, then a dart board.

 

I'm grateful for all of her time in the lagoon. But gosh I sure wish she'd stay higher greens so I could try to get some sleep tonight. 65 isn't high enough and it is only +3ish. What if she goes lower? On the other hand, she could stay flat. But I have no way of knowing unless I stay up to test....so....guess I'm staying up.

 

lol. agreed. 60s are so annoying - like go ahead and drop in the 50s and make this worthwhile or go on and rise so we can move on

I just looked at your spreadsheet. The Remarks for today just says one thing "z". I think that was you hoping for zzzz.

 

I don't know how you manage, Lyla. A few nights of constant testing and I am exhausted! In case butters doesn't say it, i'll do it: You are awesome!
