This morning when I tested Panzer @AMPS he was at the lowest I've ever shot him at 92 His #s have been beautiful. He his down to one water poop a day, I decided not to get the diagel.After tonight's dose of Clavamox he has 4 days left. He is using the litter box like normal other than the liquid poop once a day . He is doing great, he's hydrated, he's running around the house after some meals & of course as always, he's trying to get my food. I made a sandwich earlier & walked across the room to put the bread up & he was immediately up there getting a lick of mayonnaise. He is not a cat, he is a born again toddler LOL. He's having D Mannose twice a day & probiotic twice a day with baby food. I tried the probiotic in his food & he wasn't having it, he must have been able to taste it, he eats it fine in the baby food, so that's all that matters. Hopefully we can get through the next 4 days & not have the liquid poops once he's done with his antibiotic. Hi Christina, his numbers are looking great, hopefully the loose poop will end after he finishes the antibiotic. Boy you really have to watch him closely when you have your food out.
I'm glad to hear he's feeling better . Panzer you are the food bandit for sure .

What's the name of the stuff for nausea? Not sure if we need it but one puke is enough to ask.
 
Ok thank you, he has had his +4 feed & +8 feed w D Mannose & kept it down so far. He's running around the house right now. He also did have his first loose poop about an hour after Clavamox +8 feeding AMPS.
 
Well, if it's vomiting that's the problem then you really need Cerenia. But one vomit wouldn't be enough to warrant Cerenia. He'd need to vomit more than that to worry about giving it to him.

The Ondansetron (Zofran) is more for nausea .... like Panzer not eating (perish the thought) or Panzer walking up to his food and walking away (from food with no meds in it.) Panzer grinding his teeth while trying to eat. Stuff like that.

I came here to check up on him and it looks like you are doing a great job! Four days to go and it really seems to be helping him. I'm sooo glad! Go Panzer. Try not to be too much of a toddler!
 
Panzer had another liquid poop today 3 more days & he will be done with the antibiotic. He was done eating about half way through his +8 PMPS ended up putting fortiflora on it. He ate all of it hopefully he doesn't puke it up.

One dose at midnight then Saturday & Sunday noon & midnight & he's done. He hasn't had any liquid poop yet today! I'm doing something a little bit different today. I was reading about the side effects of his probiotic & it may be cau0the loose stool. I'm still going to give it to him @ PMPS feeding, but wondering if it has anything to do with it. It's saccharomyces boulardii plus MOS probiotic +prebiotic.

Yeah I'm not sure. I started both the Clavamox & the probiotics around the same time & no probiotic yet today & no loose stool but had the Clavamox an hour & a half ago. I'm going to look at his spreadsheet & see when I started the probiotic.

It looks like I started the probiotic the day before the Clavamox so maybe that's it I don't know I'm just going to keep monitoring him. He will get the probiotic in 2 & a half hours.

I'm about to watch my almost 5yr old boy Spook on the camera. He had a stinky one & still stinks,geesh I don't need 2 sick kitty's.
