Yesterday Sourced BBQ chicken from our kitchen island at +6.5 while I was outside paying a contractor that was working on the house. Cute, Jax. Surf safely, kitties.
IDK - it was a young chicken cooked in the instapot - so yummy but definitely NOT diabetic friendly with the bbq sauce. I'm actually not sure how much he got, but the other options on the island were greek yogurt, plantain chips, and celery...I don't think he ate those...he could have also had some shredded cheese but if I had to bet on him I would have thought he'd go for the yogurt
haha, I haven't tested him yet. I grabbed that +6.5 test as soon as I got him off the counter. Maybe I should go poke him again
Oh that Jax! He really can get into things, can't he. Obviously he's a great jumper with no diabetic neuropathy!
Oh Jax! Such an opportunist! So like Miss Luci - she'd never stay away from BBQ if I left if unattended on the counter...or pizza, or cookies, cakes, pie, bread, nuts, candy...well the list is long...never bothers the fruit bowl...but I can't leave a butter dish on the counter either - she loves to knock those off into the floor to shatter into a million pieces so she can eat the butter! Oh these cats! Have a great evening
Jax makes me laugh. It would never even cross Pearl's mind to try to get a snack from the counter. He is looking good today! Have a restful evening, Susanne!
Looks like the bbq chicken didn't hurt his numbers any...nor did the power washing. I hope your house looks sparkly clean now.
