Butch surfed yellow and blue last night with a pink AMPS after yesterday's AM cycle of low greens on the Libre sensor. I hope the bounce doesn't go to high and he slides down gently. I am going to start Butch's snack at the +1 with portion of PS meal instead of the +2 to ease his onset.

It's that time to install another Libre sensor. I feel like I just did it Hopefully, it goes smoothly!

Hi Staci. Thank you so much. He slid down into the yellows. Hoping for some blue tonight.
It would be nice if he would get used to those greens. I feel so bad when he bounces, being so low to going so high. It worries me...
Install went well but with no skin adhesive I didn't realize it had finished Hoping the sensor last!

Hi Heike, thank you! I have a t-shirt that he wears to cover it, but I think without skin adhesive it doesn't look like it is going to last.
I was thinking of using a patch too, I just believe that more needs to be shaved.
I hope your able to apply a sensor soon. How is Binie skin healing? Is it still flaky?

Hi Madeline, I read these donut shaped patches seem to work. I hope the sensor stays on! Unfortunately Binies skin is healing slowly. Every time I think it clears up it produces another layer of dead skin and big flakes. I hoped that in two weeks I might be ready to install another libre without skin tak but just now it does not look like it. I miss the libre so much, especially at night. Seems like Butch has a beautiful day in blue today. Hope you have a nice day!
