Hi all - happy tuesday!

All is well in Mannie-land. We seem to be progressing nicely, getting some lower numbers. He came out of RBC on 1/11 relatively quickly, ended up surfin' the greens again for a while last night. My thoughts at the time - here we go again... I wish I could have tested him mid-day today (darn work!) to see where he was at. not too much of a drop at pmps +2 tonight, but it was there, not too sure what the rest of the night will bring.

WCR: His appetite is a bit off - he usually cleans the plate, not tonight or this morning. Mid day feedings are good: gone. I wonder if he just "too full" from all the food I have thrown at him the past few nights, just to keep him stable when he started dropping into the greens. i dunno confused_cat - all else is good. active, zzzzzzz when he feels like it. purrs more often than not.

Hi guys!

Agreed! - as much work as those green surfs were, i sure enjoyed seeing the possibilities.... He's come along ways the past month. nice to see! we have some pinks today, but that's ok - expected, and we continue to aim for blue, green and someday otj. he's a good kitty - he deserves it. well heck, they all do.

nice read tonight from someone, i forget who, about handling of lantus, and how one should NOT roll the vial. my vet tech too told me to roll the vial, to mix the suspension. i will never roll again.....

jill - we will watch the appetit. i wonder if he was just on overload.... he's been fine tonight - came once again to get me for the pmps 5+ test and mini feed. it's my favorite time - one on one, me and my best bud.

he may just be on over load. lol!
i have a civvie who will eat everything in sight for a day or two and then he eats very little for the next couple of days. he's always done this. :roll:

Michelle, Have you read the LANTUS & LEVEMIR: INFO, PROPER HANDLING, & STORAGE sticky at the top of Lantus Land? Lots of very important information in there.

:lol: and i vote for overload! we seem to be entering that pattern. still good appetit, but somewhat tamed. back to normal this morning, with minimal coaching.

and yes - read the lantus literature. somehow i missed the rolling part... aiyee!!, but have corrected the error of my ways.
