Apart from the obvious question in the thread title, how easy (or difficult) is it to get a 2nd remission?
I was very hopeful yesterday but 207 is high again.

Important note: His normal BG range is 75-92.

He is just bouncing from the greens he saw yesterday. With TR, you hold doses with green nadirs for 10 cycles. The initial depot is still building. It's also possible he went lower than the 90s you got when you tested. I see what he does today.

I agree with Bhooma. With TR we hold the initial dose 5-7 days. Since he saw greens, I'd keep holding at least another day.
