Minner’s numbers continue moving down. I was very conflicted about shooting 73 given how many times I am feeding her in a cycle and nadirs also declining. It will be challenging to shift her shot time so rather than feed/wait, I dropped her dose to 7.5 and then fed. I kept at 7.5 for PM dose since we stayed green all day.

Could her declining trend be indicative of her IAA releasing hold and/or possibly her pancreas healing and starting to produce ? How do I determine?

Let's see what happens with her at 7.5 units for a bit. It'll take 4-6 cycles for the larger depot to deplete and then you can see what 7.5 is doing by itself.

IAA releasing tends to be a series of very fast reductions back to back. Pancreatic healing a little slower. But it's hard to say and you don't do a lot different between the two. With seeing a lot of healing green, I suspect pancreatic healing is at least part of the picture.
