Good morning everyone!

WCR - I had to wake Mally up from a sound sleep this morning to do her AMPS test. She slept with me last night, which she usually does, and she didn't even stir when I had to reach across her to turn off the alarm. She ate a good breakfast and has decided another nap is in order. Mally is her normal self and everything is good in her world.

She got her normal dose on time this morning, even though her AMPS was below 200. I am home all day and will do tests throughout the day.

Have a fantastic day, everyone!!!

Re: 1/26 Mally AMPS 170, +1 173, +3 161, +4 135

Mally's numbers are lowering nice and steady today. I grabbed a +4 test before I have to run out to the post office. I'll test her again when I return and see where she's at.

Nice numbers, surf those blues Mally, and throw in a green for good measure.

Looks like Mally decided to try some green on today. What a lovely color.

Re: 1/26 Mally AMPS +3 161, +4 135, +6 90, +8 102

I'm very happy with her gentle decline in numbers today and the time she is spending in the lower numbers.

She slept most of the day, but that's not unusual for her. She ate a good breakfast this morning and there was food available all day if she needed it. All of my cats are grazers so I put fresh food in the bowls every eight hours. I did have to put a little bit of freeze dried chicken on her dinner to get her started but once she did, she ate very well.

Re: 1/26 Mally AMPS +6 90, +8 102, +10 162, +11 138 Question

Mally's numbers have been great today. Her AM +10 was higher than her AM +11 because it was taken about two hours after she ate dinner.

Mally will get her PMPS test at 8:45 PM tonight and her shot at 9:00 PM. With a day like today and no bounce toward the end of the cycle, what should I expect with tonight's cycle. I usually get a +4 on the PM cycle (which is 1:00 AM) and then head to bed. Obviously if that test is too low I'll need to monitor her throughout the night and I am prepared for a possible hypo event. But I really am curious what her PM cycle will be like after she surfed the blues all day today.

Thanks!!!

Re: 1/26 Mally PMPS 137 Question please

beautiful.

Hopefully Mally will just keep on surfing in this range, or do a repeat of today's cycle (that would be perfect). Since it's your lowest PMPS I would get a +2 (or even a +1) to see what she's up to.

Re: 1/26 Mally PMPS 137 Question please

Will do, thanks, Libby. I'll set the alarm a few times throughout the night and test. Thanks!

Re: 1/26 Mally PMPS 137 Question please

What beautiful numbers for Mally today!! Personally, I think asking what to expect from a cat is like asking someone to predict the weather!! I do hope Libby is right and Mally surfs the night away.

Mally was not impressed with me dragging her out of my bed at 5:00 AM for a test. Looks like she is in RBC. It's BTB for us for a few more hours.
