OK we will see. I have to go to work now. I get off at 7 which is +8.75. So i can test probably around +9ish when I get home. He will have had a snack at +8 but I will still test.

Saw that 135 at +9.25. He looks good for an increase. You might have to go back to feeding higher carbs at +1 to reduce the diving at onset. See how it goes and then decide.

He needs a little more insulin and some carbs to flatten him out. Are you up for it? You can always wait till things settle down on the home front. His numbers are not bad.

I don't think with the extreme fatigue I can handle the later nights. Next week because I'm moving his shot time I can handle better. Work is easier this week but the late nights are really rough

 

I'm curious if he came down that far if we still think he needs more. I'm not saying he doesnt just curious why. Is it possible he is diving then bouncing back up?

 

He is diving at onset. Even on this dose. You could add some carbs at +1 and see how he fares for 2-3 days and then take a call on dosing.

 

That makes sense. I was shocked to see how far he dove from +9 to pmps. That was quite a lot.

 

Just saw the PMPS on the title. Didn't see it on the SS. Did he get food at +9.25?

 

I forgot to fill in ss just filled it in. He got food at +8nright before I got home. I thought you saw that when I posted about were we sure he still needed increase.

I didn't! Only saw the 135 @+9.25 on the SS.

 

Yep he gets a snack at +8 all cycles. He was getting at +9 but it kept him higher. He needs a snack to prevent him from vomiting with an empty stomach.
