Daily Digest:
AMPS=405. Breakfast out, shot 2.5.
+4=377. Sigh.
+6=320.Snack out...
+10=340. Sigh.
PMPS=300. Wellness Chicken out, started new cartridge.
+2=280. Coming down slowly. I prefer slowly.

Morning, LL...

Needless to say, I'm frustrated as all heck with this reading. Just frustrated. Like, really frustrated. It is making no sense. Yes, I know about NDW...but it still frustrates me.

As for me, I've got studying to do, marketing and laundry, and other household chores to accomplish...and so on. I'm going to the barn for the morning, because my horse believes I've fallen off the planet...and I need to relax a bit.

I am just frustrated....

hopefully by the time u come back from the barn, Esse will be making her way back to lighter shades.
Put ur patience cap on and kick those frustrations out da window!

She'll do ok, blah's happens, and then we move on!

Second day of the dosecrease....looking good with those blues yesterday...so it is all working ...
I know it's not fast enough for you...but it's good for Esse....they just don't move a mach speed....
remember that it's a slow dance, not a jig. (I am listening to myself as I type this so hopefully it will stick in my head too!! :-D )

Good morning Michele....I know how frustrating it can be seeing these high numbers and not really know why.
I looked at your ss and noticed that the last vial you started was on 12/16. Although they can last a lot longer than 30 days most tend not to which may be why you are seeing higher numbers.

Hang in there...try to relax. I certainly understand your frustrations. :YMHUG:

edited to add that this could be a bounce from the blue's yesterday. I was looking at your ss from top to bottom until I realized it went from bottom to top. :-D

I know this is part of it...but it's still frustrating. Sigh. Just frustrating.

Mirriam, yes, I'm backwards...I set up my SS backwards, and didn't want to go through the hassle of changing it around again, so just left it. I kinda like it, though, because you can see the last few days' data right there when you click into it. And yes to the vial being opened on 12/16. If we don't see any breaks in the next few cycles, I'll open a new cartridge. TBH, the thought crossed my mind this morning, too.

And yes, this could be a bounce...

So many different things it could be...when all I want is more blue (too much to hope for green?). She'll do what she does, but that doesn't make it easy on me. LOL. Sigh.

It is frustrating.....you may have missed my condo the other day where I posted a "Whine Warning."
We all go through those feelings but most of the time it is not anything we are doing or not doing it just is.

You are right your ss is easy to read. :mrgreen:

I agree with what Miriam and others have said. To me it looks like RBC and maybe some poofed out insulin.... Bounce is part of the dance unfortunately.

Please hang in there... and... not to be the SS police, but did you shot a pm dose on the 27? Just saying (and hiding very very quickly!).

I hope your day gets better.

Helene, good to see you here. no need to hide...yes, I shot on the 27th, and apparently forgot to put it down. Silly me...

So, should I go ahead and open a new cartridge? I've got 4 brand new ones from a member sitting in the fridge...

Esse is 340 as of +10. Sigh.

Of course, just to confuse everyone, she did the Lantus Double Dip, and was 300 at PMPS. She ate a good dinner, and is currently grooming, keeping an eye on Malachi (who's been running around like Chicken Little). We will see what happens over the next few hours...

Some days, I tell ya. Just some days...

Nice PMPS for Esse. Hope she comes down some. Hang in there Michele. They work on their own timetable. Maybe chicken little's antics will get her moving and she will come down some. Have a peaceful night.
 
PMPS+2=280. Slowly coming down. I prefer slow to scary fast...maybe the slow will go on through tomorrow...

As for me, it's bedtime. I know - 8pm on a Saturday night, and I'm ready for bed. Sucks to be me, but hey, I've got a good book I'm reading, so probably won't sleep right off.

Will see all of you in the morning!!
