Happy Old -Timers Day!

Doodle is doing great - he's eating well, playing, purring and a big furry cuddle bug. :) His poo looks good and although he's been peeing more it seems... I'm sure that's due to the higher numbers.
Which brings me to his numbers. (sigh...) Not exactly brag worthy.
I guess I just haven't found his dose. I don't know. He's difficult to figure out.
He does well on TID (well enough to graduate to BID) - then he does well on BID (for a while) - then it all goes wonky so I kick him in the kitty butt with a few TID(ish) doses and he does well again, for a while...

Overall though he's really happy and seems to be truly enjoying everyday - more so than I've ever seen him...
He's become the cat that lays on my chest and wraps his arms around my neck at night. He gives me gentle headbutts and drools when I sing to him - no matter what his number may be.

ETA: Saturday is my busy day - so I will try to visit condos later tonight. Hope everyone is doing well!

Sounds like Doodle bug is doing just great!! Forget those crazy numbers and enjoy the whole cat. Maybe this is just the way Doods is and hes just not going to conform. You're doing an amazing job with his care.

Janice said it absolutely perfectly!!! So perfectly that i think it needs to be a sticky!!! Doodle is happy and healthy and there is nothing more we could ask for is there. :-D Always was amazed and in awe of your great treatment for Doodle. Hugs to you!!!

There's nothing better than a happy, drooly nonconformist kitty who doesn't give a hoot about numbers. Keep it up Doodlebug.
 
love this report on Doodle, despite his # wonkies. I think he just loves the attention, and wants to keep you on your toes.
I love that he gives hugs and drools. Diabetic cats are the best kittehs EVER! (as we sit here, Cosmo's head is tucked between my, ah, bosoms, and he is snug in his cat/baby sling)
