kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk;;;;;;;;;;;;lllllllll (oops, special message from Shadow)

Shadow is up and Shadow is down. You never know what you are going to get with him. Last week we had three very bad days were he refused to eat without cypro (however a dose of 0.125mg gets him going quite nicely) and many numbers in the pink. Now he is feeling much better and we have had three days below 200 and had green with bounces to 150. I often get the feeling that what I do doesn't make much difference and it is all about the cat with Shadow.

Bean report: very, very busy. Still haven't figured out how to link the spreadsheet here, and it doesn't much matter because it isn't updated anyway. LOL. I will try to figure it out by next Saturday, but no promises.

I miss you all and will try to stop by more often. It was fun seeing Luck and Rocky and the rest of the old gang.

HI SHADOW!!!!

Do you think the inappetance is when he is having a p-itis attack? Does cypro give different results than mirtz? Mirtz lasts for 72 hrs, so I wonder....

Maybe Luck will share some fish guts. Seems to do well for him.

Hi D and Shadow!

Nice to see you here in LL!

Do we need to send you to the TECHIE forum?

Hope u come back soon!!

Hi D and Shadow!! So happy to see you today....the Shadow's really know how to keep us guessing, eh?
 My shadow is my problem child...his sister went OTJ Dec 5th and he is still sucking up the juice....
Just trying to say goodbye to the moon's influence right now....
the SS isn't so hard to do...see, I even got it done ;-)

wait you, one of the original inventors of SS's that are used in LL today, a SS pioneer, can't figure out how to link them? oh my. that leaves little hope for someone like me. lolol.

sigh, sounds like he was flaring last week. do you keep a precision xtra meter around for flares? (i would for a cat like him, just in case).

btw..you have more control than you think you do. *winks and smiles*

good to see you! ya gotta figure out how to get his pic in your avartar too, miss seeing him. (although i sees him in the other D's videos all the time)

Cyn - No I haven't tried Mirtz, Cypro works so well with him, at such a low dose, that I haven't felt the need to try Mirtz.

WCF - No new japanese dishes lately, I think it is about time for a shopping trip though!

Jojo - I love my Precision xtra meter. The strips may be expensive, but the ability to instantly know if ketones are a worry - PRICELESS! Everyone with a ketone prone cat NEEDS one of these things, and before a crisis so you know what your cat runs normally.

SS, next Saturday, promise! (OK, well maybe sorta promise, if nothing else comes up).

oh good, i thought you had that meter, but i've been on kick lately (hey they should be sending me some kickback checks now that i think about it, lololol) to get every ketone prone cat i know to have that meter in their toolbox, it is just too valuable.

cyncyn's idea is not a bad one, i have mirtz in my CP toolbox, ever had to use it but i'm sure not gonna pay for a vet visit to ER on a sunday just to get one. like it is a good idea to have both for shadow just in case cypro doesn't do it one time, and you know it will be on a holiday weekend. like just next time at vet for something have them write ya Rx and fill it. not expensive at all and pills good for years (only need a few since dose so tiny). i'm a big fan of having every supply in house, sure laugh at me now you guys, you won't be laughing in 2012 when ya know world ends (according to history channel) and i am sole survivor cause supplies, i haz them.
