Yesterday AMPS 299 +3 399 +7 359 PMPS 375 +2 412
Missed posting yesterday. It was crap day. Anyway, last night, I was about to give Karamelle her shot and hadnt stuck it in yet and there was drops of insulin coming out. I must have hit the plunger by mistake. So since I know it didnt go in, I refilled the syringe and shot. Now Im not sure if that insulin could have been absorbed thru the skin. Anyway, it was lot lower this morning so not sure it it just broke the bounce or she got extra. I tested this morning at the normal time, that was 58. Then I fed her. She ate about 2/3 of her raw nugget on her own, then I tested again, it was 82, then I shot. Now at +2 she is 63. Im liking the numbers but I wonder if this just means she needed an increase. But if the insulin cant absorb thru the skin without the poke, then it was just a normal fall after the bounce. She wouldnt eat at +2 so I will try again in a bit.
Yesterday I only syringe fed 2 meals out of 6, but her calorie intake for the day was only 177, less than normal. She seems to be getting better, but its slow.
