   Good morning all. I hope everyone is having a nice weekend.
   
   Are there any guidelines for how long is too long on a dose (or do you just keep them there for as long as the numbers are ok-ish)? Abby’s been on .25 for about 3 weeks now.

   Just keep following the SLGS guidelines about when to change the dose.
