Good Morning. Dolly ate some 15% Turkey Feast Gravy Lovers @2.25, was not going for it like she usually does. Ate a few bites.

 

She doesn’t need to eat a lot. Big drop. Next test will be green I think.

 

Thanks Elise. She only had a few bites then we had our steam shower, terribly congested. I decided not to give her the antibiotics from the vet the other day. Did not like the side affects. I will keep watch. I am trying to stay on top of everything, family has been exposed to COVID again!!! I know this is sort of chit chat but it affects me which affects Dolly. My head is spinning

Covid is so out of control in our state. So far nobody I know actually has had it but who knows. I’ve become a hermit. I’m not that far from you. Stay safe.

Maybe I should have let her be at the 65. Going off of yesterday’s drop in the am.

no testing for awhile

 

I fibbed about the testing. Dolly went over to her testing station so I picked her up, I guess treats trump pokes today.

 

Dolly's nadir is around +4/+5. I would avoid feeding MC/HC then unless she drops below 50. Some LC would help her surf. Save the MC for +2 in cycles where she is flat or lower at +2
She will probably bounce again tonight - a +2.5 will clarify that.

 

Dolly is eating well, peeing and pooping well, numbers have been okay but she just lays around. Other than her congestion she doesn't seem sick. She won't tell me if anything is wrong. She always plays at night by herself after we go to bed but she won't play with me. She seems to be drinking more. Is this normal (I know cats sleep most of their life) but do I need to be concerned? It's the last few days. She was just at the vet. She's a moody cat.

 

She sounds okay. Mine are 12 and spend most of the day and night sleeping.

 

I don't know what's going on with her but she ate very little, like out of nowhere she is not right.

She has dropped past her nadir a few times. +9 and a +11. I commented that I probably should have skipped the 4.5 today.
Right now I wish she would just eat. I'm going to test her. She's at 124 at almost +2

 

Lower or flat at +2 = a spoon or two of MC!

 

Thank you for reminding me. A lot going on and then worried (a daily given) about Dolly. I am very blessed but the last couple of years have been all about sickness. Trying to stay on top of and to remember everything, like this. Thank you for being my brain from time to time, lots of times
