Yesterday I could tell something was off with Butters and that continued into the overnight. Perhaps a little panc flare? I tried giving pain meds closer together but didn't seem to make her any happier.

She made eye contact with the little red dot yesterday for a few seconds. I'm giving her 5 Ps for that!

I don't want to let her numbers get away from me again if I can help it. Numbers are creeping higher.

She doesn't seem to be in pain. Her stomach is soft but she is irritable.

Hope Butters is okay Maybe she's not sure about the lagoon? It's like eating lots of cookies and then not...makes me irritable too when someone takes cookies away

Do I take a shaved reduction like I used to? Her last reduction was 11/23. I did a full reduction and she became stuck in high numbers for a month. Maybe it was just a coincidence.

Or do you think taking a full reduction should be okay now because her numbers are better overall? I'm leaning toward shaved based on her never holding reductions well.

I think since it’s very likely you broke through insulin resistance I would try a ,25 reduction. If she starts to go back up you can take her back up and go for a shave the next time. That’s what I would understand do .

Definitely on the reduction. A shave on a smaller dose might be like a 0.25 units on 4.25 units percentage wise.
