Do you check for zero errors before using a syringe? Press the plunger fully and see if the top of it aligns with the zero mark on the barrel? Many syringes have wonky markings which affects the accuracy of the dose. It can make a big difference especially at smaller doses.

Thanks for the link. Yes, I check for the zero every time. Many syringes don't have the accurate zero marking so I check every time.

It's kind of frustrated that the reduction doesn't hold. Do you happen to know why?

Since she earned the reduction, I've been able to feed her and test her at +3 and +5.
