    He stayed high at +4 last night so I went to bed and he surprised me with a small overnight dip. Maybe some delayed R action? Didn't see the same thing in the morning cycle when he got the same R dose, so I'm not sure what to make of it. He's coming back up now so I went ahead and gave the new Lantus dose of 5 U this morning (no R).

    Back up today... thought about R this evening but I don't think I want to stay up late to monitor. That late dip yesterday was odd. Schedule's pretty open tomorrow so he can definitely get R in the morning if he needs it.

    That's the nice thing about R, it's optional if no ketones.
