Oh no! That's 3 days in a row! Is she anxious or upset for some reason?

@Angela & Cleo could this be FLUTD/FIC?
No, she seems perfectly calm
Her interest is food. More than going out i think.She wants to go out I think to find extra food.
I really don't know what else to think. I'll start putting things on the couch and then maybe he'll find somewhere else to peeo_O

By the way,you believeto keep the dose at 3 IU? Thank you!

So is this peeing outside the box a new thing? She's never done it before until the last 3 days?
Maria, lived in the store I have and went outside for her needs. When the weather was bad, I put a toilet on her and she went normally! I took her home about 1.5 years ago. I have another cat who is doing very well! She did it for the first time a year ago when I left for a few days but she was taken care of by my sister who knows her just as well!
She started going out in the garden again and all was well! He had done it 2-3 times. Shortly before he was diagnosed with diabetes, he started to
peeing on the floor and finally on the couch.
She no longer goes out and naturally has no permanent food. What I'm thinking, is that she did it even before I changed her habits due to diabetes
On Monday I will take her again for tests to rule out any disease..
Sorry for the long text..

It's good you will rule out any infection first.

Are the pees normal amount or smaller? Is Maria taking many trips to pee?

If it's FLUTD, you will see many trips back and forth to the litter box with little to no results. Often times during Cleo's episode of FLUTD, she will pee right outside the boxes (we have two). Stress is a contributing factor which may cause a flare up. I use feliway diffusers, a low entry litter box, extra water in her food and give her gabapentin for the pain.

Oh no! Again!
Bella had many accidents when she was first diagnosed and for a few months to a year after that, but they were always close to her box, or almost, I think it happened twice that she looked a bit confused and peed in the living room.
I hope she stops doing that, maybe there is a reason, stress or other? Does she share her box with your other cat?
:bighug::bighug::bighug:
For the dose, she is doing great at 3 units, it's ben 6 days, I would keep it, but wait to see what more experimented members will say.

Maria, however, uses her toilet normally. The amount of urine is satisfactory. The distance is short and I have 3 toilets for my 2 kittens. I see no reason for her to be anxious. He usually does it when we are sleeping and only yesterday when we sat down to eat and he was begging,she did it in front of us.I will do repeated examinations otherwise I don't know what else to do!

That does sound like the issue may be behavioral.
I'm sure you've tried many things. :bighug:

ETA the calming collar may take some time before it starts working.

Yes they share them but it's nothing new. I don't feel that this is the problem. The day before yesterday, she climbed like a lady on the sofa and did it like she would do it in the bathroom. Only pee for now

Petty, I’m sorry about the accidents.

Pookey has done this in the past. He’ll avoid the box for a couple days, and then thankfully returned on his own. I’ve never been able to relate it to any specific factors, so I’ve always thought he just had a cold or a minor infection. In the moment it’s the worst thing ever…
