Last night PMPS was low for him -- 75 -- but PM + 2 was 84. I think it was a feeding issue. This morning, Kitty is back on track.

Kitty starts his 7th day at this dose (2.0 F) tonight. His test numbers have been slightly higher at this dose than the previous ones: almost all green, but mostly 90s.

I'd love to shave a drop after the 7th day, but should we? Is green green? ;) Or should we leave him at this dose a few days more, because of the 90s?

WCR: Doing a lot of sleeping with his back to the heat register, looking blissed out. :)

I would see what the dosing experts advise. Sometimes it takes a few days to settle to a new dose. Hope it holds. If not, you can always go up. We have made a habit of that. HA HA. LOL

And with the new, even-numbered dose comes our chance to try our new, super-duper syringes with the half-unit marker... which is a great omen for REACHING the half-unit marker!

We thank the generous donor of syringes. :D

Say, I just noticed that we can choose "topic review" to see what we're responding to. Sieve-like minds like mine appreciate that. :)

I'm not even going to ask why you would want to use the half-unit syringes on a dose that is a full unit. Nope, not going to ask...... ;) :D

hehe... yes, a mind like mine sometimes needs to go back and review what I am responding too

Good luck on the sneak-e-crease and the new handy-dandy syringes!

Well, because... because...

I KNOW! Because WHEN Kitty goes from 2.0 to 2.0 skinny, and then 2.75 fat -- :D -- we will be able to measure our way downwards more accurately, using the half-unit marker.

2.0 is a great time to switch, because 2.0 is 2.0, regardless of syringe. We'll be confident we're getting an accurate match between syringes. Right now, our dose is based on where the top of the stopper meets the bottom of the line -- not highly transferable.

So it makes complete sense. I know, mind like a steel trap. It's a beautiful thing.

somehow you almost made your logic make sense. Almost.

I understood myself! Not so sure that THIS mind is a beautiful thing, Barbara!

Looks like Kitty is ready for the dosecrease tomorrow. He feels really good at this score. He enjoyed watching us clean up -- so easily entertained. :

Yes, will bedcheck!
