ok I just gave him some more LC, do I just test every hour? At what number do I absolutely feed MC or HC?That’s a great number! You could continue to feed the LC and see if you can get him to surf greens. Or a small amount of something higher carb.
I would test hourly until he’s coming back up. Let’s see what the next test is.ok I just gave him some more LC, do I just test every hour? At what number do I absolutely feed MC or HC?
AT3Just to confirm, that was a Relion number, right?
He's holding at 69. Test and snack again at noon. QQ last night I had to give his shot 30 - 40min early... this morning I went 15min later.. could this be from the depot being too full?OK you might want something MC or HC at the next test then. I’ll defer to @tiffmaxee
Mums not a fan either!HI Laurie, Well, clearly Petey was not a fan of 3 units today, he said TOO MUCH!
Congratulations on the reduction, please go down to 2.75 units this evening!
He looks so fluffy and handsome checking out the yarn and knitting![]()
Well Petey is clearly not a quitter haha walking the line! The time to add hc with the AT3 is 68.
LC 6%Lol. Did you feed lc or mc?
Done. he is at 74 think we are outta the woods?About time to test again.
Yes. Nice that lc kept the surf going.Done. he is at 74 think we are outta the woods?
Thank you and @Tim & Pookey so much for being here for me and my Petey boyYes. Nice that lc kept the surf going.
Thank you Brianna! I was a lot calmer than I thought I'd be when this day came. Only because I didn't want to ruin it for him and he moved in the right direction!Nerve-wracking morning but it looks like everything's good.
Hahaha thank you Mary. Looks like Jude held nicely with the reduction today.Petey! He swam in the swamp today for a good long while (even if he was wearing carb manipulated floaties). Congrats on the reduction!
Jude did remain higher today, which is sort of what I wanted since I wasn't around to test. I hope we're able to get back on track with numbers in the greens and blues quickly. I'll get an idea when I test for his PMPS in a few minutes of where we are. I'm not sure about the liver enzyme issue. I was hoping someone here might weigh-in on that. The thing is that Jude's panicky liver issues are calming as his numbers are coming more into regulation--that's not to say that the previous bouncing from here to eternity that he's experienced up until the past couple of weeks might still have some longer-trm effect on his liver (if panicky liver is the culprit).Hahaha thank you Mary. Looks like Jude held nicely with the reduction today.
I was wondering... if Jude's elevated liver enzymes may be a result of the low numbers/carb manipulation? Does panicky liver cause elevated enzymes??
Hope you had a good day.![]()
Thank you, Seth! Big day for us bothPetey is so cute!!!! Great job today!
I can't take the cuteness , Petey is gorgeous2/12 Post
Happy Galentine's Day!
Not quite the numbers I expected yesterday. Let's see how he does with this increase.
