Good morning, Everyone,

After all the excitement of last night and me lying awake last night wondering if we were going to be OTJ today (and eating chocolate macaroons), Basil gave us 101 as an AMPS. Oh, Basil, you little trickster, you!

He's looking fine, ate all his breakfast and is snoozing away in his chair. Yesterday, he got very curious about my yogurt container, and braved getting onto the couch with me while the drooler was lying right beside me. He reminded me that he used to like yogurt, but I reminded him that he gets lovely canned foods now--at all hours of the day and night--and so no more yogurt.

The world is beautiful and white today. HEre's wishing for lots of greens and blues for all the kitties of Lantus Land.

not to worry - look at it this way, if u start tonight, and tomorrow is a little blue, antijinx! like this, u just feed a bit, retest in a few and your in business!

Besides this 101 is practically green anyway!! - It's peanuts!! it's bananas!! B-A-N-A-N-A-S!
He will be good to go tonight - I can feel it!! :mrgreen:

It is so close--Dont get discouraged by a pt. or two..You are almost there--Look ahead!! It looks green to me! :mrgreen:

Basil is looking good! 101 is soooo close. He just likes to keep you on your toes. Sending lots of greens to him today.

Basil's +8 is remarkably like his past few days.

I don't know why I had to go and decide to feed him (and the other animules) canned chicken today. We had a big can around for when the drooler(s) get upset stomachs and I figured it needed eating (We are vegetarians, ourselves.) Problem is, I lost track of how many calories's worth he ate. Sigh.

It has been 15 days since Basil had both an AMPS and a PMPS in the blue. Of course, this is minorly in the blue, I know. But still, you have to laugh!

Yes, and he gave me a sly look, I tell you. It's no accident.

He also made a play for the little doggie. He must be feeling pretty good about himslef to decide a little romp after the dog would be fun! Because the dog is totally puzzled by this. :-D
 
And Basil ends the day with a +3.5 of 78.

And I fed him his bedtime minimeal of 1/4 can FF and the rest of the blasted chicken. He LUUUUVVVSSS that chicken. Must look at how many calories are in it next time. Sigh.

101 and 102 are almost green... not to mention normal numbers.
let's see how things go. i really think he's just a big tease!
