Ok +2 67 the mc disnt slow him down should I go ahead and gove the LC and see if he wants to earn the reduction so we can drain out his depot a little before tomorrow morning since I have to work early?

Yes, I think you want to stay with the 7% or even 9% at +1. He dives quite a bit at onset.

Well I can always give a token dose or skip in morning it's the only early day I have this week. He usually recovers fast...
