2/3 Buster- AMPS 311- fleas?

I have been having a really hard time keeping up with everything lately. I haven't posted since 1/31. I am still trying to get the tests and post them in the ss.

I don't think Buster is doing too well. I need to get him to the vet soon, but am waiting for some $$. I'll try to get one or two sc in today.

What do you use for fleas? I don't want to put advantage on his scruff, 'cause that's where I shoot. I gotta do somethin quick, I keep finding fleas jumping up on my baby girl.
 
I know it's going to sound wierd but I use Head and Shounlders to wash my kittehs in and the doggy gets washed in that as well and we don't have a flea problem. I also use the Purple can of RAID to spray in the house by doors and windows on a weekly basis.

There was a whole discussion about fleas on the old board. Unfortunately, I didn't bookmark it. Maybe you can post on Health and see what folks recommend. There some product that was nontoxic to cats the people recommended. You do know that kitties can get tapeworm from fleas, don't you?

He was at 290 at +4 today. Didn't know tape worm can come from fleas! Buster is still eating and drinking like crazy, but he seems a little more lethargic. Thankfully his litterbox activity is normal. No more puddingpoo and no more pooping on the stairs... just lots of pee clumps as usual. I have to get him to a vet sooner rather than later.

I'll cross post about fleas on health tomorrow.
